We ask that you e-mail or mail a written grant request to the community investment manager in your region. The request should contain five items:

A cover letter that includes:

  1. A brief mission of your organization
    • Whether you have received a donation from us in the past three years, and if so, a report of what our money has done to help the community through our partnership with your organization
    • Whether any of our employees serve on your board or volunteer for your organization and if you are a current customer of our bank, although these are not necessarily required to receive a contribution from us
  2. A specific grant proposal that includes:
    • A description of the program you wish to have funded and the results you hope to achieve
    • A project/program budget for your request with total costs for operating the program and the amount of funding you plan to use from all other sources, both projected and committed
  3. List of board of directors
  4. Copy of 501(c)3
  5. Tax form 990 or other audited financials
