Memphis: We fund a major grant in support of the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation donation for teacher effectiveness in city schools, the New Leaders program to recruit and retain excellent principals and the Shelby County Schools Foundation fund for school consolidation.
Middle Tennessee: Financial center employees volunteer in local K-12 schools through a relationship with the PENCIL Foundation.
Northeast Tennessee: We partner with and support Tusculum College in Greeneville, East Tennessee State University in Johnson City and Northeast State Community College in Blountville, through scholarships and grants. We also sponsor the educational programs of the Boys and Girls Club in Kingsport, Girls Incorporated, Coalition for Kids, the Hands on Museum, as well as the Heritage Alliance of Northeast TN and Southwest VA.
